HIS STYLE OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND FOCUSED PROBLEM-SOLVING HAS ENABLED HIM TO ESTABLISH A REMARKABLE TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS AND EFFECTIVE OPERATIONAL TEAMS, FORGING STRATEGIC COLLABORATIONS WITH NATIONAL AND REGIONAL BRANDS TO ENHANCE MARKET POSITIONING AND CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE.

ACCOMPLISHED REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT ENTREPRENEUR PATRICK BEACH HAS BEEN IDENTIFYING AND CULTIVATING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES SINCE 1981. SPECIALIZING IN COMMERCIAL FINANCE AND REAL ESTATE, HIS NIMBLE APPROACH TO SPOTTING OPPORTUNITIES, IDENTIFYING ADJACENCIES, LEVERAGING LEARNING AND PURSUING TANGENTIAL GROWTH HAS FUELED CONSISTENT SUCCESS.

 

SINCE FOUNDING THE COMMERCIAL FINANCE, REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT, AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY CAPTEC FINANCIAL HOLDINGS CORP. IN 1981, HE HAS PARTNERED WITH NUMEROUS INDIVIDUALS AND INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS TO FINANCE, DEVELOP AND/OR ACQUIRE OVER $2.5 BILLION IN PROPERTY.
